Success is a wonderful feeling! Whether it's in our professional, personal or social life. Many people try to "figure out" how they can be more successful, particularly in the workplace. The foundation of workplace success can be expressed in three words, effective, skillful communication.  At face value, effective communication,  doesn't sound very difficult, but it can be. We need to be aware of many behaviors to help us be skillful communicators.

I believe some of these behaviors are:

Awareness of how vital our communication is to us and others

Willingness to improve

Openness to learn

Patience with others' communication

Focus on being present

Truly listening to others
